Hey everyone!

All around the globe, people are celebrating Halloween, and here in Singapore it’s no different! Although we don’t really go out to dress up in costumes and ‘trick-o-treat’, we decided to commemorate the theme of Halloween with our favourite instant shots. We certainly had fun exploring our different cameras, using different accessories and creating ‘spooky’ outcomes!

Take a look below:

Deepavali Lights @ Little India!

Hey everyone!

This week, we popped by Little India to observe and capture Deepavali lights adorned along Serangoon Road! The yearly tradition of installing bright, colourful light banners attracts many photographers, and we certainly did not want to miss out on the occasion!

Little India is one of the liveliest areas in Singapore, with a growing bustling crowd each night! It is a popular tourist spot, and one can find Indian cuisines and garments easily there. Little India is also the site of a popular 24-hour shopping mall called Mustafa Shopping Centre, and they sell almost everything that one needs!

Fun Accessories & Functions with the Fujifilm Instax Mini 90 NEO Classic

Hey everyone!

Every since Leica had announced their entry into the instant photography market by producing their version of an instant camera, the Leica Sofort, we were intrigued by the specifications and the functions of their camera because the specifications are quite similar to the Fujifilm Instax Mini 90 NEO Classic (“Fujifilm NEO Classic”)! We should emphasise that this is purely our own opinion and we hope to provide an objective review that covers the good and bad of the camera. That being said, we do love instant film photography, so it can be hard to truly call any instant film camera a disaster!

Celebrating Mid-Autumn Festival in Singpore!

Hey everyone!

Last year, our very first entry on Damianwithsandra was documenting a trip down to Chinatown (with our friend Sarah) to take some photos of the lighting structures put up during the Mid-Autumn Festival (also known as the Mooncake Festival). This year, we decided to share a little bit more on what we do during this festive season!

Lee Kong Chian Natural History Museum

Hey everyone!

This week we visit a ‘hidden-gem’ of a museum in Singapore, located in the heart of the National University of Singapore! The Lee Kong Chian Natural History Museum hosts a collection of preserved animal and plants species, but its most spectacular exhibits are the three ancient sauropod skeletons, which hover over the visitors in the in the main hall.
