Makan Hunt @ Victor’s Kitchen Restaurant

Hey everyone! We took quite a break from posting entries of our photography adventures, and we’re glad to be back posting regular weeklies for all our readers and friends alike!

This year, we are introducing a new series called Makan Hunt!  As true born and bred Singaporeans, our favourite pastime is combing Singapore to find delicious and appetising food (although our palates may differ ever so slightly)! We both aren’t experts at food (unlike certain bloggers and websites heh); we just want to share with our readers of our favourite food places! In this series, we visit eateries that we both enjoyed immensely, usually catering to a particular cuisine!

Christmas Market at CHIJMES

Fresh off our trip to Gardens by the Bay’s Christmas Wonderland (check out our entry here), we decided to scour Singapore for more Christmas Markets, and lo, CHIJMES was having one! We have never visited CHIJMES together before, so it was a great opportunity to visit yet another historical location and enjoy the Christmas vibe!

Christmas Wonderland @ Gardens By the Bay

The Christmas season is upon us! It’s a swell time to eat, drink and be happy, and there is no better place to revel in the festive mood than at the Christmas Wonderland at the Gardens by the Bay (the Gardens). In Singapore, we celebrate Christmas in a uniquely Singaporean way; with tons of people, incredibly stifling humidity, sweet treats and drinks, and spectacles of lights and sounds!
